We use your email to send the requested confirmation and, only after confirmation, course updates and new course announcements. Cloudflare hosts the signup and stores subscription records; Resend processes email delivery. These providers may process information outside Canada and retain their own service records.

We record your email, a keyed email identifier, the consent-text version, request/confirmation timestamps, subscription status, and hashed link tokens. IP addresses are processed to create keyed abuse-prevention identifiers; this feature does not save raw IP addresses. Cloudflare and Resend may separately process technical information under their own policies.

Unconfirmed requests expire after 24 hours and are removed by the next daily cleanup. Abuse-prevention counters are removed by daily cleanup after their window is at least 24 hours old. Confirmed subscription information is retained while subscribed. Unsubscribing removes your email from this list immediately; a minimal keyed identifier and consent/withdrawal record remain to respect your preference and document consent. Contact us for access, correction, or deletion requests, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Every marketing email must include an unsubscribe link and our contact details. Unsubscribing does not affect course access, receipts, or necessary purchase/access emails. No marketing campaign has been sent by this signup feature.
