Refund requests for either course edition are reviewed individually. We do not offer a general money-back guarantee or a fixed voluntary refund-request window. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

To request a refund or report a purchase/access problem, email kayden.knight1850@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout, the course edition, and a description of the issue. Do not send card details, passwords, or your course access code.

This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund, or other rights you have under applicable consumer law.
